Why should you try it?

Hypnotherapy seems to still be very scary for most people. And that is sad, just because it has been around for so many centuries, it is natural for the body and it is so effective. So I have made it my mission to put as much information as I can on the subject.
Clinical Transpersonal and Regressive Hypnotherapy, is my preferred method, as I have been connected to meditation and spirituality most of my life. Like everything in life, it’s important to choose what is best for us.

Why is it so effective?

Clinical Transpersonal and Regressive Hypnotherapy promotes an immersion in your inner universe, surpassing the critical and analytical mind, so you can attain self-knowledge, self-healing and self-transformation.
Using clinical hypnosis, with the transpersonal factor, creates fast results as there is a deep connection involved.

Knowledge is Power, but knowledge of self is empowerment.

This is a holistic approach, seeing the whole person, body, mind and soul, where the true healer is our consciousness, the guru is us looking at ourselves – and the therapist is a guide in the healing process.
Through these processes, we become aware of our unique needs, reach a better understanding of our individual internal working mechanisms and the dynamics of our own emotions, promoting the discovery of the best way to resolve our inner conflicts and develop internal resources capable of dealing with situations, which translates into a process of true self-healing.

What are Transpersonal Hypnotherapy sessions like?

Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapy sessions are above all relaxing and liberating.
It can sometimes seem like a guided meditation, but with an objective plan, path and goal.
The role of the therapist is a companion in your own healing journey.
Each person is unique, and their perception is unique to them, so the person themselves will navigate through the paths presented during the sessions.
  • Looking at ourselves can hurt, so there may be painful and uncomfortable moments.
  • Having emotional reactions is normal
  • You will know if you want to advance and continue with the process.
  • If you do not contribute to the therapy purpose – it’s not worth advancing
  • If you do not adapt – you can choose another type of therapy.
  • Any therapy is a two-person process – The therapist cannot advance if there is no commitment on the other side.

About Regressive Hypnosis

Regressive hypnosis treats past events and emotional wounds rooted in our mind.
In order for them to be overcome, it is necessary to go back to the moment and understand why they marked us.
Regressive Hypnosis is based on the principle that our mind has a great capacity to store data from intrauterine life to the present time.
This technique encompasses a number of different methods that result in the recovery of repressed, blocked or very old memories.

Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools for dealing with emotional and even some physical challenges. I have mostly worked with anxiety, depression, and identity issues which seams to be the “dis-ease” of our current times. In a holistic manner, hypnotherapy can help to enhance the mind/body/spirit connection, change habits and activate feelings.
It is possible to access in a very safe and effective way areas of the subconscious where sometimes resides the biggest blockages that condition life. Through hypnotherapy, it is possible to identify and change those blocks.
