How Do Hypnotherapy Sessions Work?

Sessions can be held online or in person at the Imagine Heal space, located in São Domingos de Rana, just five minutes from the A5 and the Marginal road.

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing for deep, safe, and truly transformative work.

If you choose the online format, sessions can take place from the comfort of your own space — whether you are at home, travelling, or living in a different country. This allows continuity in the process, without interruption.

For the best experience, it’s important to have a quiet, private environment, use headphones, and minimise interruptions.
This helps your system feel safe enough to settle and engage more fully in the process.

During the session, we work with hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and carefully guided internal processes — always adapted to your rhythm and personal history.

The aim is to help you access internal states where change can happen more naturally — without force, without resistance, and with full respect for your boundaries.
